Change Your Perspective

If you teach and coach people, remember what you believe in is what they believe is possible.  Work on balance and deliberate practice.  Think of perspective.  Sometimes we have to change ours.

This can relate to health and wellness too, because health and wellness covers so many areas. Many of the areas have to do with how we react to other people, which involves our mental and emotional health. Sometimes it’s us.
